Kick off BridgeFest weekend with great food, live entertainment, and the fan-favorite Quick Fire Challenges.
2:00 PM – Cook Teams Report to Judges Tent
Quick Fire buy-in & mystery ingredient announcement
6:30 PM – Evening Festivities Begin
Live music and local restaurant samples
7:30 PM – Kid’s Choice Quick Fire Submission
Judged by a panel of kids ($500 prize)
8:30 PM – Traditional Quick Fire Submission
$20 buy-in. Winner takes all.
9:00 PM – Music Concludes
